just came back from
TABC offices for our final exit interview, which basically means
we're done with the Texas side of licensing. Soon we hand in our
current license AND THEY GIVE US OUR BREWING LICENSE!!!!

to be issued for this thing we've been wanting for awhile. usually
when they got the money its a downhill, right?

(so long as the
creek don't rise.....)

our lawyer says we
are ready to submit to TABC & TTB next week! 8-12 weeks for
legal status to sell our brews!!!

arrived! Yep, and we named it Skully on honor of Shane & Jim at
Twisted X brewing! Woohoo!!!
